Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective date: May 31, 2026 · Last updated: August 28, 2026

Short version

Janity.AI LLC does not sell your personal information for money. Our public marketing pages do use a third-party visitor-identification service, AudienceLab (audiencelab.io), which is described in our Cookie Policy. Whether that service is a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA depends on how it is classified, and that classification is under review. We are not asking you to wait on it: you can switch the service off for your browser using the control below, and we honor Global Privacy Control automatically. You also have the full set of rights listed further down.

Your rights under CCPA / CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

How to submit a request

Email compliance@janity.ai with the subject line "CCPA Request" and tell us which right you want to exercise.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days if needed, with notice).

Send a CCPA request

Verifying your request

To protect your information, we need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will typically do this by confirming you control the email address on your account. For deletion requests, we may ask you to re-confirm through a second message.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written permission from you and we may contact you directly to verify.

Opt out of visitor identification

Our public marketing pages load a visitor-identification script from AudienceLab. The button below stops that script from loading at all — nothing is sent to the vendor. The setting is saved in this browser only, so please repeat it on each browser and device you use. It does not affect the signed-in Janity.ai application, which never loads the script.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser and device sending the signal, in addition to any opt-out request you submit directly. In practice this is enforced before any third-party code runs: our marketing pages check for the signal and, when it is present, the AudienceLab visitor-identification script is never loaded, so no data reaches the vendor. This check is performed by our own pages rather than by the vendor.

Categories of information we collect

See Section 2 of our Privacy Policy for the full list of categories, sources, business purposes, and the categories of sub-processors that receive each category.
